This method of sealing and conditioning the area beneath a home to create a clean, dry, and energy efficient environment. Unlike a traditional vented crawlspace that is open to outside air and moisture, encapsulation involves closing off the crawlspace completely and treating it as part of the home’s conditioned space.

2x6 Exterior Walls: Unlike the standard 2x4, we build with 2x6 studs on all exterior walls. This gives your home greater structural strength and allows for more insulation.
